This project began with my desire to escape from recurring negative emotions. I embarked on an exploration to overcome these negativities and achieve self-acceptance. I organized this journey into four stages and designed four booklets: “I Feel,” “I Struggle,” “I Gain,” and “I Recreate.”

Eventually, I compiled my learnings and reflections into a self-dialogue picture book to remind myself and others struggling with their emotions of some tips for dealing with negativities.
