This program provides patients with social anxiety disorder with an innovative approach to relieving and healing their anxiety symptoms through a holistic sensory experience. Social anxiety disorder is a widespread mental health issue that can impact social interactions and quality of life. Rooted in the principles of mindfulness meditation, the project utilizes the senses of taste, smell, hearing, sight, and touch to design a set of food boxes that help patients relax while enjoying their meals. Through this five-sense experience, participants gradually alleviate their social anxiety and have the opportunity to practice social skills in a supportive environment with friends, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being.
