This thesis presents a visionary proposal for an educational institute aimed at empowering women through skill development and providing integrated day care facilities. Recognizing the need for women’s empowerment and the role of education in breaking barriers, the institute offers a diverse curriculum, including courses in non-traditional fields like STEM and skilled trades. The on-site day care center caters to married women with children, enabling them to pursue education and skill enhancement without compromising their family responsibilities. The research explores funding strategies and potential partnerships to ensure the institute’s sustainability. This initiative aims to create an inclusive learning environment, empowering women to excel in their careers and contribute to economic growth and social progress, ultimately fostering a more equitable society
