ARCHETYPE – THERMOS INSULATED KETTLE
A new modern twin walled insulated kettle designed to increase efficiency of heating water. It insulates the liquid; thus making reheating substantially faster.
A simplified approach towards a kettle, resembling a merging of thermos flask and kettle, granting it an aesthetic unique to itself.
It doesn’t have a handle, as it is designed to be held bare hand, cool to the touch whilst being used as if it is a bottle.
With a tight cork lid, preventing risk of injury by burns when knocked over as no water will escape the tight seal!
We as a collective overfill our kettles, largely the fault of manufacturers designing them to be filled with volumes that are not practical in everyday life, my design can hold 3 cups of water, limiting water filling reducing waste!
