UI/UX design – This project was developed alongside deep interviews with people with hearing loss and rigorous usability tests. The main features include the seat map for people with hearing loss as well as anyone who would like to choose their own seats, inclusive communication guidelines and some unique additional requests people can easily check off.

Branding design – The goal was to produce a trendy, youthful, and lively brand personality – one that actually speaks to the younger generation with hearing loss. It was essential to create an iconography that communicates the product, the brand personality, the lifestyle, and the brand story – all rolled into one. The type Raleway showed a strong quirky personality and yet was still easily legible with high distinction between each letter.
