Throughout my project I have continued to look at the common theme of flawed design.

My investigation and research has led my project down the route of looking at flaws within public spaces and designing a solution to a behaviour which rebels against the intention of the design.

Observation of a standard dimension in a public space led me to explore how the typical scaffolding pole is prominent everywhere in public, this feature was the basis of my final design.

The final design looked at creating a comfortable solution for the user to perch while also being portable and somewhat discrete. The use of dense foam and leather allowed me to create a solid yet sturdy structure, while also making the object look luxurious and comfortable.

A product that allows the user to perch upon any pole within a public space, comfortably. using that standard dimensions of a scaffolding pole.
