Marta is a designer and illustrator who explores image making to create visuals that transport viewers to her imaginative worlds. Drawing inspiration from utopian landscapes, biology, nature, and childhood memories, she blends these elements in unexpected ways. Her work explores the themes of representation, human interactions, and everyday life, with a touch of heart-warming humour and quirkiness. She enjoys experimenting with various techniques, such as laser cutting, 3D modelling and printing, stop motion, and digital animation.
Amovement Park is a project that celebrates diversity and stories of different bodies. Its mission is to inspire people to embrace movement as a means of becoming stronger, having fun, building communities, and finding solace from depression. Inspired by anatomical imagery and fairground architecture, the project envisions the human body as a surreal landscape where the raids assume the shapes of characters while organs become spaces to climb, ride, and explore.
