I have made a short film accompanied by a flip book of stills taken from the film. The film follows a young working woman’s normal morning routine but ‘partified’. It is a speculation of what life could be if we deconstructed the concept of adulthood and implemented the silly, playful and childish acts that we do when celebrating but into daily life. The flip book captures this in a tangible and interactive way.
The ordinary can be extra, adulthood is a construct!
