Religious or not, we all tend to believe supernatural power – and carry amulets around is a widely used way to pray for the blessing of supernatural things. We can get positive psychological hints from it. This phenomenon can be a way to encourage those easily negative people to be happier and relieve anxiety – using this as inspiration, I made a system that allows people to customise amulets. In this system, people can personalise an amulet with an abstract design by choosing their most desired wish (up to three). People can use the custom-made amulets as they like—including printed cards, badges and acrylic pendants to carry around.
I hope that through the process of customisation, people can understand their wishes more clearly, and that personalised amulets can provide more effective positive psychological suggestions than traditional amulets.
