The theme of this project is about barriers to intimacy and I used the imagery of the sea as a symbol of love. The red-haired girl in the story is created after me, and the blue-haired girl is based on the ocean, which also symbolises my vision of love. I use waves, tides, sea creatures and so on to describe the various situations in love, for example, arguments can lead to tsunamis, while waves bring surprises like shells. Through my picture books, I hope that more people will let go of their preconceptions about love and ease the wariness in the barriers of intimacy. Whatever the love, whatever the gender, I hope that all can bask in the sunshine equally and receive the respect and blessings of the world.

I have a lot of wild imagination and I will present the images in my mind in different colour blocks. In my paintings, you will feel the richness of the colour scheme and the clash of different colours will create different emotions. I hope I can become an illustrator who interprets the world with colour in the future.
