My project is about creating a space involving wine production and the reuse of grape waste to make grape leather in The House Mill in Bromley by Bow, London. To collect a large amount of grape waste, it collaborates with vineyards around London and wine cooperatives that encourage people to grow grapes at home and bring grapes to the House Mill to produce their own wine or grape juice. With the collection and reproduction of local materials, it was designed with the concept of a circular economy.
